If you are using a Chainsaw or any mechanical arboricultural equipment for professional use you must hold a Certificate of Competence under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER). Or, you may be a domestic user and would like reassurance that you are using the equipment safely and competently.

Pre-requisites: Each qualification listed states if a pre-requisite/s are required before assessment can take place. These can be a City & Guilds Certificate of Competence (CoC) or the equivalent through another awarding body - please note training attendance certificates are not qualifications.
